Your Academy profile
What the Academy profile page shows (identity, details, learning summary) and how to get your name, photo or email changed.
The Profile page shows your account in the current Academy workspace and a summary of your learning. Open it from the left sidebar: Account › Profile. The page header reads Your account in the
Identity card
- Your photo (or your initial if there is no photo) and your full name.
- Badges showing your role in the workspace (for example Learner) and the workspace name.
- Your email address.
Details
The Details card lists:

Learning summary
The Learning summary repeats your key figures for this workspace:

One profile per workspace
If you've been invited into several Academies, each workspace has its own profile: the organisation can register your name and photo differently in each one, and the figures only cover the trainings of the workspace you are in. Your email and password are shared by all your workspaces.
Common questions
How do I change my name or photo?
You can't edit them from the Academy. Ask the organisation that invited you: they can edit your first name, last name and photo from their side.
How do I change my email address?
Your email is your sign-in identifier and cannot be changed from the Academy or by the organisation's workspace settings. Contact the organisation that invited you.
How do I change my password?
Sign out, then click Forgot? on the OpenAleph sign-in page and follow the email you receive. See Sign in and access the Academy.
