Plan details
A workforce plan's details page in SWP: status, recruitment overview with charts, and the list of members grouped by secondary unit.
Click See more on a configured plan card to open its details page. It shows the unit name (with the primary unit as subtitle), the status (Active or Upcoming, with Opens
On the right, above the tabs: the ⋮ menu with Export members (see Export workforce planning) and Edit structure (see Set targets for a plan). Use Back to workforce planning at the top to return to the dashboard.
Note: A plan with no target has no details page: you are sent back to the dashboard. Set its targets first.

Recruitment overview
Four figures:

| To hire | Structure opening minus filled. Shown as Over-staffed (in red) when filled is above target. |
| Filled rate | Filled as a percentage of the structure opening. |
Charts
- Recruitment by
: a bar chart comparing, for each unit, the target, the filled positions and the positions to hire (negative gaps in red). - Recruitment breakdown: a doughnut showing how the structure opening is being filled (filled, to hire, over-staffed).
Note: The overview only includes secondary units that have both a target and at least one member. Members of the plan who have no secondary unit value appear in a separate "No
List of members tab
Members are the active employees who have this plan's unit value on their profile. They're grouped in one collapsible panel per secondary unit value:
- Panel header: the unit name, the number of members (N members) and a tag N to hire or N over target compared to the unit's target, or Not configured if that unit has no target.
- A "No
" panel (for example "No Team"; Unassigned if the unit has no name) groups members with no secondary unit value. It has no target tag. - Click a panel to expand it. Each row shows the photo, full name, job title, Hire date and Contract type (a dash when the information is missing). Click Show more to load more members.
- Use Search to find members by name. Only units with matching members are shown. If nothing matches: "Oops, we didn't find any results matching your search."
Units with no members aren't listed.
Common questions
Someone is missing from the members list.
Check their profile: they need the plan's unit value (for example the right department), and they must be active.
Someone is in "No " or "Unassigned".
Their profile has no value for the secondary unit. Fill it in their profile (see Employee profile).
Why do the totals differ between the dashboard card and the overview?
The overview leaves out units that have no member or no target, while the card uses the whole plan target.
