Notifications, emails and mobile app
The emails and notifications sent by Learn (invitations, reminders, comments, co-authors, co-pilots, certificates, badges) and what you can do in the mobile app.
This page lists what Learn sends and when, and what the OpenAleph mobile app lets you do.

Emails are written in the recipient's language (the one set in their profile). You manage your general notification preferences as described in Notifications and emails.
Learn on the mobile app
The OpenAleph mobile app (iOS and Android) includes a Learn app for learners. See Mobile app to install it.
My learning
Tabs To do and Completed list your assigned trainings. Open a training to see its sections as an accordion and tap Start training or Continue training. The deadline is displayed.
Catalog
Tabs Modules and Playlists, with search, filters (Favorites only, Themes, Duration) and sorting (Newest first, Most viewed, Title A-Z).
Modules
- Read the content, change the Text size, switch the language when the module is translated.
- Learn with audio: play the audio narration.
- Add to favorites, read and write comments.
- Inside a training, complete the evaluation: quiz, self-assessment or face-to-face evaluation (with expert selection), then view your results or retake. As on the web, a module opened from the catalog shows no evaluation.
- Move to the previous or next module inside a playlist or training.
My library
In your profile, My library gathers your favorite modules and playlists.
Not available on mobile
Content creation and management (My content, module editor, trainings, sessions, certificates, training plans) are only available in the web app.
Common questions
I don't receive Learn emails.
Check your spam folder. Invitations are only sent for online sessions and only if the organiser chose to send them. Reminders are sent manually by the trainer. More tips in Troubleshooting.
Can I turn off push notifications for Learn?
Push notifications are managed in your phone settings and in the app's notification preferences.
