The Feedback dashboard
Find the feedback you have to give, your self-review, the feedback about you and the reviewees you are in charge of in Feedback › Dashboard.
Feedback › Dashboard is the personal page of the Feedback 360 module. Everyone with access to the module sees it, whatever their role. It gathers everything you personally have to do or can read in running campaigns. The page title is Feedback, with the subtitle Share feedback, receive insights.
How the page is organised
The dashboard has two tabs:

| As person in charge | The campaigns in which you follow one or more reviewees as their person in charge, split into Current, Completed and Upcoming. |
Only campaigns that are launched and not deleted appear. Each list has a Search field that searches by campaign title.
As participant › I am reviewed
One card per campaign in which feedback is collected about you. Each card shows:
- the campaign title and its Deadline;
- a Self-review tag if you have to review yourself (with a clock icon while it is pending and a check icon once submitted);
- a Read-only tag if your only right is to read the answers of your reviewers;
- when reviewers are assigned: the pile of their avatars, their number (for example "2 reviewers") and a status tag such as "1/3 submitted". The self-review is not counted in this tag.
What happens when you click the card:

If the campaign lets you choose your reviewers, the card shows an Add reviewers button (no reviewers yet) or a "+" at the end of the avatar pile. Click it to add or remove reviewers.
You can filter this list with the filter button by Status (not started, in progress, submitted) and Deadline.
The reviewer window opened from Add reviewers or the "+" is titled with the number of reviewers ("No reviewers", "2 reviewers"...). Search a colleague in Who do you want as reviewer ?; each added person appears with their status ("Reviewer added successfully."), and the minus button removes someone who hasn't submitted yet. Your self-review is not listed there.
Note: Whether you can choose your reviewers, whether you must self-evaluate and whether you can read your reviewers' answers are campaign settings decided by whoever created the campaign. You can't change them.
As participant › I am a reviewer
One card per campaign in which you were asked to give feedback about colleagues. Each card shows the campaign title, its Deadline, the number of people to review (for example "3 reviewees") and a status tag (for example "1/2 submitted"). When there is nothing to do, the tab says "Feedback you owe your teammates will show up here."
- Click the card. A window titled with the campaign name opens, headed Give your feedback to:.
- It lists each person you have to review with their job title and the status of your review (Not started, In progress or Submitted).
- Click a person to open the form about them.
Tip: Your own self-review is not in this list; it is on the I am reviewed side.
As person in charge
This tab lists one card per campaign in which you are the person in charge of at least one reviewee, in three sub-tabs:

The card shows the campaign title, Deadline, the number of reviewees (for example "2 reviewees") and a completion tag (for example "0/2 completed"). Click it to open a window with the list of your reviewees, a Search by name field and the Campaign settings block (Start date, Deadline, and Reviewee permissions: View reviews, Choose reviewers, Self-review).
For each reviewee you see their name and a tag with how many reviewers have submitted (for example "1/2 submitted", self-review not included). Click the arrow at the end of the row to unfold the list of their reviewers, each with their status (Not started, In progress, Submitted), an Add reviewer button and a minus button to remove a reviewer. Available actions:

Home page
The Next up! section of the OpenAleph home page also lists the Feedback 360 reviews you still have to write (up to ten), for running campaigns whose deadline has not passed. Clicking one opens the form directly.
Common questions
I received an email but the dashboard is empty.
Check the other tab or switch: requests to give feedback are under As participant › I am a reviewer, feedback about you under I am reviewed, and reviewees you follow under As person in charge. Also clear the Search field and any filters.
My card says "Awaiting reviewer(s)" and I can't click it.
The campaign does not let reviewees choose their reviewers, and your person in charge has not picked them yet. You don't need to do anything; you'll be able to follow progress once reviewers are assigned.
Why can't I open the feedback about me?
The campaign keeps reviewers' answers visible only to the person in charge (the option Participants can view reviewers answers is off). You can still open the page if you wrote a self-review, but you will only see your own answers. See Anonymity and privacy.
A campaign has disappeared from my dashboard.
It may have been deleted by its owner or an admin. Deleted campaigns no longer appear anywhere on the dashboard, and their forms can no longer be answered.
