Explore all published modules and playlists of your company in the Learn catalog, search, filter, sort, favorite, share and add modules to playlists.
The Catalog gathers every published module and playlist of your company. Everyone with access to Learn can browse it and read any content freely, without being assigned to it.
Note: Modules opened from the catalog are for reading: their evaluation isn't shown there. You complete evaluations, and acquire modules, inside the trainings you are enrolled in.
Open the catalog
Go to Learn › Catalog. The page is titled Catalog ("Here is all contents created in your company."). If your company hasn't published anything yet, it reads "All contents created in your company will show up here."
What the catalog page shows
The catalog home is made of several blocks, each shown only if it has content:

| Featured Playlist | A highlighted playlist (the most viewed one) with its Total duration and a Go to playlist button. |
| Recommended themes | Theme tags. Click a theme to open the module list filtered on it. |
| Most popular modules | The modules with the most views. |
Each module card shows the cover image, title, duration, reactions (emoji and count) and an Acquired tag if you have already acquired it. Each playlist card shows its number of modules (for example "3 module(s)"). Click a card to open the module or playlist.
Full module list
Click See all next to Modules. The page Modules ("Here is the list of all your modules.") lets you:
- Search by title.
- Sort by: Last updated, Date published, Views or Alphabetical.
- Filter by Date published, Duration, Themes and Author.

Click See all next to Playlists. The page Playlists ("Here is the list of all your playlists.") lets you search, Sort by Last updated, Date created or Alphabetical, and Filter by Date created, Author, Duration and Themes.
Quick actions on cards
Hover a card (or tap its menu on a small screen) to see its actions:

| Favorite | Everyone | Adds or removes the item from your favorites. |
| Copy Link | Everyone | Copies a direct link to the module or playlist. |
| Duplicate module | Module creator, admins | Creates a copy of the module with a new title (all content, evaluation included). |
| Add to playlist | Module creator, admins | Opens a picker to add the module to one or more playlists. |
| Delete module | Module creator, admins | Moves the module to the deleted items (see below). |
| Update playlist / Delete playlist | Playlist creator, admins | Edits the playlist title and description, or deletes it. |
"Admins" here means Scoped admins, Admins and Super admins.
Add a module to a playlist
- On a module card, choose Add to playlist.
- In the picker, select one or several playlists (you can search).
- Confirm with Continue. A message confirms the addition.
Delete a module
When you delete a module, it goes to the deleted items for 30 days, then is permanently deleted. It disappears from the catalog, from every playlist and from the trainings that contain it. If a training contained only this module, the training itself is moved to the deleted trainings. You can restore a deleted module from My content › View deleted items (see My content).
Common questions
Can I see modules that are not published yet?
No. The catalog only shows published content. Drafts are visible to their creator (and admins) in My content.
Why can't I find a training in the catalog?
Trainings are never listed in the catalog. They are assigned through training sessions and appear in My Learning › Assigned Trainings.
I don't see "Duplicate module" or "Delete module".
These actions are reserved to the module's creator (with the Manager creator role) and to admins.
Can I follow a module in another language?
Yes, if the creator translated it: open the module and use the language button at the top. See Follow a module.
Why is there no quiz at the end of a module I opened from the catalog?
Evaluations are only available inside trainings. Open the module from the training you are enrolled in (Learn › My Learning › Assigned Trainings) to complete it. If it isn't part of any of your trainings, you can still read it, react and comment.
Some blocks described here don't appear on my catalog.
Each block only shows when it has content: Featured Playlist needs playlists that have been viewed, and Recommended themes needs modules tagged with themes.
