Read the compiled Feedback 360 of a reviewee, download it as a PDF and generate an AI synthesis. Who sees what and when.
Every reviewee of a Feedback 360 campaign has one feedback page gathering the answers of all their reviewers, question by question. From this page, authorised people can download a PDF and generate an AI synthesis. This page explains how to open it, what it contains and who can see it.
Who can open the feedback page, and what they see

Answers appear as soon as each reviewer submits: there is no need to wait for everybody, and no minimum number of answers. Draft answers of reviewers who have not submitted are never shown. Under a question nobody has answered yet you see No answers yet.
Open the feedback page
- Person in charge: Feedback › Dashboard, tab As person in charge, open the campaign card, then click View reviews on the reviewee (available once at least one reviewer has submitted). You can also click the link in the email "[Name] has given their feedback".
- Campaign owner, co-pilot, admin: Feedback › Campaigns, open the campaign, tab Participants & answers, click the reviewee's row.
- Reviewee: Feedback › Dashboard, tab As participant, switch I am reviewed, click the campaign card.
What the page contains
- The campaign title, the questionnaire description (and video, if any) and the Deadline.
- In the top bar: the pile of reviewers' avatars and their number. Clicking it opens the reviewer list with each reviewer's status; if you are allowed, you can add or remove reviewers there, and campaign managers and admins can Reopen a submitted review. If there are no reviewers yet, the top bar shows Add reviewers (if you may add them) or Awaiting reviewer(s).
- Every question of the questionnaire, with under it one answer bubble per reviewer: their name and avatar, their rating, choice or text, and their comment if they wrote one. The reviewee's self-review appears like any other answer, under the reviewee's name.
- On large screens, a Chapters panel on the right lists the questions; click one to jump to it.

Download a PDF
- Click Download pdf in the top bar (on a phone, the button is at the bottom of the screen).
- Choose:
- PDF only Q&A: every question with every submitted answer, each attributed to its reviewer;
- PDF with synthesis: the same, plus the AI synthesis. This option is disabled until a synthesis has been generated.
The PDF is marked confidential and contains only submitted answers. It is generated in the language currently displayed. A reviewer who opens their own review can also download a PDF of it from the form page.
Generate an AI synthesis
The AI synthesis is a written summary, generated by AI, of everything the reviewers said about the reviewee, question by question. When there is a self-review, the AI knows which answers are the reviewee's own, so it can compare them with the reviewers' view.
- On the feedback page, click AI synthesis in the top bar.
- In the AI-powered synthesis panel, click Generate synthesis.
- The synthesis is written in the panel after a few seconds. Use Copy to copy it or Download PDF to save it.
- When new reviewers submit after the synthesis was written, Regenerate synthesis becomes available to update it.
Who can generate it: the person in charge, the campaign owner and co-pilots, admins (and scoped admins for their population), and the reviewee if they can both read the answers and choose their reviewers. Managers who can read the answers can read an existing synthesis but not generate one. A synthesis can only be generated once at least one reviewer has submitted answers.
Note: The synthesis never names the reviewers: peer answers are sent to the AI without their authors, only the self-review is identified as such. The synthesis is generated by AI; check it against the answers before sharing it. For Aleph AI in the other modules, see Aleph AI assistant.
Campaign-level synthesis and exports
The campaign owner and co-pilots can also generate a synthesis of the whole campaign and export answers and progress to Excel. See Manage a campaign.
Common questions
The reviewee says they can't see anything.
The campaign option Participants can view reviewers answers is off, so only the person in charge and the other oversight roles read the answers. This option can't be changed after launch. The person in charge can share the PDF with the reviewee if appropriate.
"View reviews" is not clickable, it says "Waiting answer".
No reviewer has submitted yet for this reviewee. The button becomes View reviews as soon as one does.
"PDF with synthesis" is greyed out.
Generate the AI synthesis first (AI synthesis, then Generate synthesis).
I'm a manager but I don't see the AI synthesis button.
It is shown only to people who can read all the answers about this reviewee. If you are not their manager, person in charge, campaign manager or admin, you can't read their feedback.
Are the results final when the deadline passes?
The page always shows the answers submitted so far. Reviewers who submit late (if the campaign is still running) are added automatically; regenerate the synthesis to include them.
