Notifications and emails
Every email and in-app notification sent by Feedback 360, who receives it, when, and what triggers it.
Feedback 360 sends emails and in-app notifications at key moments of a campaign. Most of them are triggered by a person (launching with invitations, clicking Send reminder email, adding a reviewer, submitting a review). There are no automatic reminders before the deadline. Emails are sent in the recipient's interface language (set in their profile) and their button opens the right page in OpenAleph. For the notification centre in general, see Notifications and emails.

Email contents
- Campaign started (to the creator): start date, deadline, number of participants, person in charge, and whether self-review, choosing reviewers and viewing answers are enabled. Button: See the campaign.
- Invitation to the person in charge: asks them to choose who will give feedback to their reviewees before the deadline. Button: Choose the reviewers (opens Feedback › Dashboard).
- Invitation to the reviewee: tells them they can choose the people who will give them feedback, and the campaign end date. Button: Choose my reviewers.
- Request to a reviewer: names the reviewee and the campaign, with the deadline. Button: Give my feedback (opens the form directly).
- Reminder to a reviewer: lists the reviewees they still owe feedback to, and the end date. Button: Give my feedback (opens the dashboard).
- Reminder to choose reviewers: lists the reviewees with no reviewers, warning that without reviewers they will receive no feedback. Button: Choose the reviewers.
- Feedback submitted: names the reviewer, the reviewee and the campaign. Button: Read the feedback (opens the reviewee's feedback page).

When nobody needs to be written to (everyone has submitted, or no reviewee lacks reviewers), OpenAleph shows "Nobody left to write to." and sends nothing.
Other notifications
- Exports: when a campaign Excel export is ready, you receive a notification with the file ("Export generated successfully.").
- Template translations: when an AI translation, a translation import or a translation export of a template is finished, its author is notified.
Common questions
A reviewer says they never received the request.
Check that the campaign was launched with Yes, send emails, or that the reviewer was added after launch (which emails them automatically). If not, send a reminder: on the campaign page, select the reviewee and click Send notifications › Send reminder email. Also ask them to check their spam folder and their Feedback › Dashboard.
Can reminders be sent automatically before the deadline?
No. Reminders are sent only when someone clicks a reminder action.
Nobody was emailed when my scheduled campaign started.
Invitations are sent on the start date only if you chose Yes, send emails when launching. If you started the campaign early by changing its period, invitations are not sent: use Send invitation email and Send reminder email.
Why did the reviewee get an email about my feedback?
The campaign lets reviewees read their reviewers' answers, so they are notified each time someone submits.
