A training is a structured path made of sections and modules that someone assigned to you through a training session. You follow it in the learning studio, a full-screen player that keeps track of your progress.

Open a training

Use any of these entry points:

  • Learn › My Learning, card My Learning Progress or carousel Assigned Trainings.
  • Learn › My Learning › Assigned Trainings (See all).
  • The link in your invitation or reminder email (Start training, Go to training), or the notification in the app.
  • The home page, when a training appears in Next up! (see Home and navigation).

Training introduction

When the studio opens, a Training introduction window shows the training cover, title, description, author (By ...), number of sections and modules and total duration. Click Continue to start.

The learning studio

On a computer the studio has two columns.

Left column (list)

  • A summary card with the number of sections (Sections(s)), the number of modules (module(s)), the total duration, a Deadline: line and your completion percentage with a progress bar.
  • The timeline of sections and modules. Each module shows its duration and evaluation type (Face to Face, Quiz, Self-assessment) and a green check once acquired. The current module is highlighted. Click any module to open it: you can follow modules in any order.

Right column (content)

  • The module header: title, description, author, update date, reactions, a button to play the audio narration (when available) and a language button (when the module is translated). The language window Choose language lets you pick a language and Apply.
  • The module content, then its evaluation (see Evaluations and quizzes), then the feedback block What did you think of the module? (see Follow a module).
  • Buttons at the top right to go back to the previous module (arrow) or to the Next module.

On a phone, the studio has two tabs, List and Content, with navigation buttons at the bottom.

Progress and completion

  • A module counts when it is acquired. Your completion percentage is the share of acquired modules in the training.
  • When you finish the last module of a section, a window Section complete! announces "Moving on to "..."" with the next section's module count and duration.
  • After each evaluation, the window Module acquired! offers Next module (or Continue on the last module) and Close.
  • The training is Completed when every module is acquired. It then moves to the Completed tab of Assigned Trainings and increases your Completed Trainings counter.
  • Modules you already acquired in another training are already counted as acquired.
  • If the training issues a certificate automatically, you receive it by email as soon as you complete the training. See Certificates and badges.

Close the studio with the close button at the top to return to My Learning.

Learn with the AI tutor

Inside a training, on a quiz result page you can click Continue under Continue your training with AI: Aleph AI acts as a tutor on the training content, sums up what you have completed, suggests questions and proposes to take the next quiz or evaluation. See AI features.

Common questions

Do I have to follow the modules in order?

No. The timeline suggests an order, but you can open any module.

What happens after the deadline?

Nothing is locked: you can still complete the training. The deadline is the end date of your session, and your trainer can see who hasn't finished and send reminders.

A module is already marked as acquired, although I never opened it in this training.

You acquired it before, in another training (or it was marked as acquired for you by a trainer). Acquisition is per module, not per training.

The training has new modules and my status went back to "In progress".

The trainer added content. Complete the new modules to finish the training again.

A section of the timeline has no modules.

The trainer left an empty section in the training. It doesn't count in your progress; only modules do.

Where is my certificate?

If the training issues certificates, you receive an email "🎓 Your certificate for ..." when it's issued. See Certificates and badges.
