My team

My team is the managers' page of the People module. It lists the people who report to you, directly or indirectly, with a quick view of their activity, and gives you access to their profiles.

Go to Company › People › My team. The page is available to every member with the Manager access level or above. It is based on reporting lines: you see the people whose Manager is you (and their own teams), not people you administrate.

Direct Team

The Direct Team tab shows your direct reports (N-1) as cards. Each card shows:

• the person's photo, name and email;
• the number of interview Campaigns, Trainings and Targets (goals) they are involved in;
• View profile, to open their profile;
• View team (n), only if that person manages people themselves.

Extended Team

The Extended Team tab lists everyone below you in the hierarchy (N-1, N-2, N-3...) in a table with the columns Member, Manager, Campaigns, Trainings and Targets.

• Use the search bar to find someone by name.
• Use the filters to narrow the list by Manager or Hire date.
• Click a row to open the person's profile.

Navigate sub-teams

1. On the Direct Team tab, click View team (n) on the card of one of your managers.
2. The page now shows that manager's team. A breadcrumb at the top shows where you are (for example: you / the manager). The breadcrumb can also start with your own manager's name.
3. Click a name in the breadcrumb (or the back button on mobile) to go back up.

You can only go down your own hierarchy: trying to open the team of someone outside it shows an access-denied page.

What you can see on a team member's profile

From View profile, you open your team member's profile in read-only mode:

• the Information tab with all their sections;
• their Interviews, Skills reviews, Trainings and Goals tabs.

You cannot edit their information, photo, access level or manager. Ask an admin for changes. See Your profile and member profiles.

Emails you receive as a manager

When someone is assigned to you as their manager (by an admin, by an import or by the HRIS synchronisation), you receive an email "New team member assigned to you" with their name and email.

Common questions

I don't see My team in the menu.

The page is only shown to members with the Manager access level or above. If you manage people, ask your admin to check your access level.

Someone in my team is missing.

Their Manager field is probably not set to you. Ask your admin to update it. Deactivated members leave your team: their manager link is removed when they are deactivated.

The counters on a card are all zero.

The person is not part of any interview campaign, training or goal yet.

Can I see the team of a colleague manager at my level?

No. You only see your own hierarchy. The Organization Chart shows the whole company.
