Evaluations and quizzes

Every module ends with one evaluation. Completing it marks the module as Acquired, which counts towards your trainings, your Modules Acquired counter and your badges. The creator chooses the evaluation type; you can't change it.

Where you take an evaluation

Evaluations are taken inside a training, in the learning studio: open the training from Learn › My Learning (see Follow a training), open a module and scroll to the end of its content. The evaluation block starts with "🙌 You've reached the end!".

A module opened from the catalog, a playlist or your favorites doesn't show its evaluation. If you need to be evaluated on a module that isn't in any of your trainings, ask your trainer to enrol you in a training that contains it.

Self-assessment

The block reads "🙌 You've reached the end! Did you learn all the following learning objectives?" followed by the learning objectives written by the creator.

1. Read the objectives.
2. Click Yes, it's all clear to me!. If a confirmation window Module will be acquired appears, click Confirm.

The module is acquired immediately and the window Module acquired! appears. Later, the button becomes Update acquisition date, which records today as your new acquisition date.

Quiz

The block reads "🙌 You've reached the end! Ready for the quiz?" and "To complete this module, evaluate yourself with a quiz."

1. Click Start the quiz. The quiz opens (if a reminder window appears first, click Start, or Do it later).
2. The quiz shows one question at a time (Question n/total). Each question has several answer options, and one or more of them can be correct: tick every correct option.
3. Move between questions with Next and Previous question.
4. On the last question, click Validate answers.

Results

The result page shows Module acquired or Module not acquired, then Check your results: your percentage of correct answers and how many right answers, partially right answer and wrong answers you gave. The module is acquired only with 100% correct answers.

Buttons under the result:

• Back to module: return to the module content.
• Retake quiz: start again. There is no limit on attempts.
• Continue training: go on to the next module of the training.
• Continue your training with AI (Beta) › Continue: open the AI tutor of the training (see AI features).

Below, the Corrected quiz lets you review every question: each one is marked Right answer, Partially right or Wrong answer, with the options you chose. Use Go to question to jump to a question.

Once the module is acquired, its evaluation block offers View my results and Retake quiz. Unlocking a new badge level shows the window New badge acquired! with View my badges.

Face-to-face evaluation

This evaluation is reviewed by an expert (a trainer, your manager, a senior colleague). The block reads "🙌 You've reached the end! Validate your evaluation to complete this module." and "To successfully complete this module, your answers must be reviewed in real time by your expert."

1. Click Start evaluation (if a window appears, click Start).
2. Each step shows one question (Question n/total) with the creator's guidance. Type your answer in Answer and click Next. Typically you answer together with your expert, during a meeting.
3. The last step is Select your expert: "Please select the expert who will review your answers. After validation, they will receive a copy of this evaluation by email." Choose the person in My expert (type a few letters to search).
4. Click Validate answers.

The module is acquired immediately. The window Module acquired! confirms "Your answers have been sent to" your expert, with Close and Next module. The expert receives an email " - Evaluation of " with a link to download your evaluation as a PDF.

At any step, Print Evaluation (PDF) downloads the evaluation, and Previous question takes you back. If you leave before validating, your answers are lost. After acquisition, the block offers Restart evaluation; an unfinished evaluation shows Continue evaluation.

Evaluations on mobile

Common questions

I answered almost everything correctly, why is the module not acquired?

A quiz requires 100% correct answers. For a question with several correct options, you must tick all of them and none of the wrong ones. Review the Corrected quiz and click Retake quiz.

How many times can I retake a quiz?

As many times as you want.

I don't see any evaluation at the end of the module.

You probably opened the module from the catalog, a playlist or a link. Open it from your training in My Learning instead.

My expert didn't receive the email.

Check that you selected the right person in My expert and ask them to look in their spam folder. You can also send them the PDF from Print Evaluation (PDF).

The quiz is in English but I switched the module to another language.

The quiz follows the language you selected if the creator translated the evaluation. Otherwise it stays in the module's primary language.
